Plants doesnt have a heart that pump the blood to be distributed in different parts of the body. In human, minerals and nutrients can be found in the blood, in plants they dont have blood, water and nutrients are distributed in separate tube. These tubes are xylem and Phloem, xylem transport water while phloem transport food and nutrients. In human, the tubes are called blood vessels known as vein and arteries. Arteries transports oxygenated blood except pulmonary artery while veins carries unoxygenated blood except pulmonary vein.
